ISIS has more in common with the right wing paramilitary juntas of Latin America than they do with the Islamic faith (ISIS is quite an anti-Islamic movement, actually). Indeed, they are both products of the socioeconomic decay imposed by western imperialism in the name of global capitalism. They are separated culturally/geographically, but in terms of ideology, there really is no difference between the genocidal practices of both groups.
In fact, if you're a reactionary, the only thing separating you and an ISIS member are base cultural norms. Ideologically speaking, you're both cut from the same cloth.
Essentially, it requires a great deal of cognitive dissonance to hold deeply conservative, reactionary beliefs while also being against ISIS. If you want to be ideologically consistent, you all should be praising them for their subjugation of women, their slaughtering of homosexuals, their intolerance of "deviancy" and so on.
