The end of women's sports.
There will still be women's sports teams, but they will be totally dominated by transgender (or "transgender") men.
All physical sports separate men and women not out of some ancient thoughts of segregation but just because men generally outperform women. Same reason women are having a hard time making it through Ranger school. When asked to meet the same physical standards as men, they can't.
Soon it will be politically incorrect to forbid transgender men from joining a woman's sports league. And they will end up dominating. They will dominate so hard that after 10 years of this, all female sports teams (especially professional and olympic) will be totally filled with transgender men.
Actual women won't get to play professional sports, even on women's teams.
And most of this will be their own fault.
