The geographical region has been called Illyria for centuries, so it's fine to call it that. Cyprus is an independent state whose first and only language is Greek. Why would Greece need to 'reacquire' it? Cyprus should expel the Turkish occupation of it's lands.
Northern Epirus should in fact go to Greece.

You can't magically 'unbrainwash' 20 million Turks. They don't follow Orthodoxy, they don't speak Greek. A union is impossible because you can't join two disparate linguistic groups an expect national unity.
