The organization aimed to shame men into enlisting in the British Army by persuading women to present them with a white feather if they were not wearing a uniform.

I work in healthcare.

We will see a massive shortage of physicians in the next 10-15 years, not for lack of graduating new doctors, but for the same reason above, too many women in the field, and they work part time, don't specialize, or burn out and stop practicing in less than 10 years.

Don't get sick, and don't live in rural areas.
