Take their voting rights away. Back in the days, family was the smallest fundamental unit of society unlike today where an individual is the smallest unit.
Every family had one vote. Men used to be the ones who voted since they were the ones who went to wars and political changes affects them mostly whereas women, who scientifically proven to be emotionally driven creatures and having socialist leaning brains, base their candidate of choice on the benefits of family, education and for their children.
In this way the family would come to a decision on whom they would vote, and the male of the family would vote on their behalf.
It wasn't about oppressing women or Muh' patriarchy, it was about family. Focusing on family and society itself can greatly benefit and develop a nation.

Morally it's the right decision, realistically however no civilization has ever survived giving women the vote and it doesn't look like current civilization is going to survive either.
