There have been attempts over the years to address bias at Wikipedia, but there's so many rabid liberal editors guarding all the important articles that any change you make is inevitably overwritten.

The entry requirements for teaching is one of the lowest of any uni courses. Basically those who do teaching are the ones who weren't smart enough to get into anything else. Calling them professionals is a stretch. Most teachers have no real idea as to what they're doing and spend most of their time coming up with 'programs', attend meetings etc. that make it look like something is being done, but it is all BS. Why are governments and public in general so reluctant to criticise teachers? I'm mainly commenting about public school teachers (primary and secondary). I can't help but laugh when someone proudly tells me they're a teacher.

My best friend dropped out of highschool and is a pothead and a drunk and hes only 20 but hes been teaching foreign kids english at a HIGH SCHOOL because he happens to speak 3 languages.
