When I got off my ass and bothered to study the period. Read a lot of books, watched a lot of videos, participated in a lot of debates online. Took years. I resisted it for a long, long time. Now I look back, and I feel shame, but I'm grateful that I actually get to know the truth in my lifetime. I feel geniune pity for people that go their entire lives believing all the self-hatred myths of secular liberal politics; they've been robbed of a geniune existence.
