I'll refute this right now. If what she said was true, white society would have crumbled long ago. Even if you "get your foot in the door", you still have to perform. You don't perform, you don't make the cut. Does she think layoffs and pinkslips don't exist? Nope, whites have to actually do their fucking jobs, because society wouldn't work otherwise. The "foot in the door and then perform at a minimal level" applies far more to affirmative action diversity hires than it ever has to the average white worker.
