Hey guys, got a weird question for you. I've been folding little stuff and having a friend put them on earring findings and selling them. I've stuck with traditional folds to avoid copyright, but there's some I can't figure out if they're copyrighted or not.
Is the Kawasaki rose copyrighted? Anyone have a way to find out, I've looked all over.

Sell locally to avoid getting caught and sued.
Nothing wrong with selling things you fold at a local crafts fair/flea market.

I am curious about the "transformative" part of copyright, how much do you have to change something? we are ending up with a new product than the original.....

Origami copyright guidelines are all baloney.
They don't have a leg to stand on.
They won't come after you unless you're making thousands like that one painter.
