blue cast on everything.
these pictures dont really communicate the sense of wonder you had to us
theyre fine as travel pictures/memories but honestly I dont see it doing anything for a third party viewer. these pictures have been done before much better
my recent trip to hong kong inspired me to buy a camera. only wish i'd bought a film camera at champagne court

I was more interested in the technical criticism of my pictures that in the artistic criticism. Because yes, it's totally naive, I know it. But thank for the advice.

What? Do you think it's too blue?
So many potentially great shots in HK that you could have captured and you dun goofed.
Is this your first time trying to take pictures? Serious question.
>>2792675
don't separate the two. technique is the vehicle of expression.
>>2792642
this says everything OP
>>2792628
reminds me of battlefield 3
>>2792642
agree with this for sure
>>2792675
well from a "technical" standpoint, i think you took some pretty interesting photos in the first and last one but youre using a poopy lens with a poopy camera and not post processing so the photos didnt look as good as they could, but some of the photos had fairly intersting stuff and were framed pretty well
>>2792594
generic shot of hk, would have been better if there were no tree on the top
>>2792597
pretty cool photo, i like the side of the hill combined with the buildings and the boats in the back, kinda gives you good framing with two different subjects
>>2792601
good photo, i like all the green compared to all the light blue
>>2792604
would have been a cool urban landscape if it werent for that tree blocking the building
basically op all your photos are decent but limited by the technology and the lack of pp
>>2793166
get memories from real things, anon.
So you went to Honkers and only took pictures from victoria peak what a fucking waste.

Concrete railing
>>2792599
Metal railing
>>2792600
Cranes and other loud shit behind the boat
>>2792601
Metal fence
>>2792604
Interesting subject building cut off
I think you should take a look at framing/composition/cropping to give your photos more purpose. They look a lot like a Facebook travel album to me.
>>2793112
Maybe you're right.
>>2793169
>poopy lens with a poopy camera
What's that? Poopy? What does it mean?
>>2793170
>if it werent for that tree blocking the building
I see your point.
>>2793433
>Facebook travel album
That's almost what they are. I just shared them here to have advice.
>>2793521
>you missed the best shots
Possible.
Thank you people for your advice. Next time I take pictures I will try to remember those advice.
