I'm not trolling
It's a serious question
I don't know shit about digital photography or computers.
I asked on /wsr/ and got directed here.
The pic is just a snapshot I took of a sunset in Indonesia
I wasn't asking to get my photo rated
If you can't answer my question, please don't bother shit posting..

It might help to give some details, like what sort of camera you are using and whether or not you have used that card in other devices besides the camera.
>>
Googled it in 20 seconds:

whatis.techtarget. com/ fileformat/CA-Telnet-Server-Initial-cache-data-file

don't ask me why it would be on an sd card though, I'm not interested enough to find out.
>>
Ok first of all thanks for taking the time to answer
Yes I did try Google but it only left me more confused...
The camera the SD card was used in is just my cheap Canon point and shoot(I donto have it on me now so I can't give you the exact model number)
The only other device it has been in is my pc when I was editing my holiday pictures.
But.....
When I came back home from holiday , I was subjected to a complete search by customs and border control.
They took all my electronic devices, phones ,camera, tablet ,sim and SD cards into a separate room to "check them out"
Am I being paranoid?
Ps.I have nothing to be paranoid about, I'm no international drug lord etc
But getting the full rubber glove treatment was a bit unsettling
