Do you need to copy them exactly?
If so I'd suggest 2.
If you have a little flexibility consider 4 but, since you already have the reference material in 1 and 2, stand back a bit to give a hint of the intersection that is missing on the right of the frame. it cuts off too abruptly in the photo
Knowing about the context of the photo's use would help a lot, I prefer no 2.
