A thread to get feedback on photos and advice, let my go first
any suggestions for taking action shot in almost pitch dark, this was on a freeway and has noise,blur ,ect.

You don't unless you have super expensive gear. All you can do is get external light sources (except for expensive cameras and lenses)
Get closer
A £40 manual flash and a £15 radio adapter can get some light where you need it. It's been taking me a while to make it look like natural light.
Sometimes I take a pic that looks to me like obvious flash but when I look back later it looks more natural. I think you just have to wait for your memory of what the light was actually like.

Get a slr, a canon 5d at minimum, full frame sensor. Get a lens with a f1.2 to 1.8. Practice. Its a nightmare, but it can be done. Shoot 1/60 minimum if you have a person in your image as a model. Practice. Practice more.
