Wanting to buy an A7S but the ebay retailer specified that is ntsc only and I'm Australian..I don't know much about this concern but will it effect the video footage I take or fuck up the edit. I hope not because the price is great and would love some advice

Aspect ratio, no. Frame rate yes. 24p is nice to have, but with indoor lighting it can be problematic because of flickering, well, if you shoot 24 fps 1/48 that is.

You can change region between 50 or 60 fps on an A7II.
However, sony had the bright idea to make you format your SD card when making that change.
