It seems in this state, you can shoot raccoons and skunks when there is "active damage", but you're supposed to have a license to kill opossums.
The freaking skunk(s) in the area are complete douches. Going around on the hottest and most humid nights and of course, getting into fights with other animals, leading to them spraying and stinking up the entire neighborhood.
