ive been noticing some species of bird i have not recognized before and was wondering if anyone could help?
bird is pictured, taken in independence, mo.
maybe other /out/ties can post pictures theyve taken and we can all help eachother.

that sad howling sound behind the birds and chimes.
i'm in the metro Detroit area, sound was recorded about noon, but is still going on two hours later. sounds a bit like a wolf but there's no wolves here. not a coyote either, not a siren.
help pls
