Ive heard Bushcraft by mors kochanski and bush craft by richard graves are the only two books you really need to know how to survive.
How true is that? If you don't entirely agree what books would you add to read?
its a great book, i own it, and i would recommend it

This has been my personal outdoors bible since I've been interested. Some of it is pretty silly (Who would ever want to make a hat out of bark?) but seeing how I live in the southwest, there's a LOT more useful information in here than Mors' book, which is focused more in the north. It's chock full of useful tidbits. The only thing I'd debate is treatment of snakebites, but that's a huge shitshow to begin with.

This is the book I picked up about survival. I've been liking it so far, I feel it has clear explanations and proper wording for a native-English speaker. Anyone else picked up this book? thoughts? I'm curious what other people think. I have this one and the first one, "Bushcraft 101"
