Sup /out/ can we have a campsite books thread going? Was thinking of buying pic related to take the next few trips this summer. Also thinking about getting a copy of the Revenant, might give it a try.

Any suggestions? What do you guys read at the camsite/ Innawoods?

I don't mean books on survival and bushcraft and technical stuff like that. Sometimes I just like a nice story.

Just got finished reading All the Pretty Horses at the beach. Pretty good stuff and I'm looking forward to the next two books of the border trilogy.

The Road is another good Cormac McCarthy book for camping. There are a couple of survival lessons you can learn from the book. Not too many, but they're there.
