Of course there is. Sherpas who can't summit are forced to work as ladyboys at base camp.
Put a narrow paved path parallel to the Appalachian Trail, and have guided golf-cart tours of every section. Allow mobility scooter access as well. Maybe also put little souvenir gift shops and theme food kiosks at every shelter.
