Lately I've got a boner for exploring caves (near northern Illinois). How to find natural caves that aren't commercially run or partially manmade(stairs, etc)?

And this is why I found my interest far out of state. I'm in the Chicago burbs and Google only provides one Illinois location so far south that I may as well head north where caves come in the bushel.

A friend of mine crawled through naked in a cave that was a series of tunnels with multiple entrances.
Some boyscouts came through while she getting it on with her boyfriend at the time.
