what cloaks does /out/ recommend? i want something wool and i'm a fan of the hospitallers, so i was considering buying this

I think it's a nice choice, OP. Too many people spend a lot of time on choosing the right dagger or obsessing over how much elvish rope to get, but they totally neglect the cloak.

should I be looking for a cloak that's pre-enchanted or should I enchant it myself? I'm mostly looking for Ironbound Fortitude or some kind of defensive enchant. How much would it cost to have a mystic enchant it for me?

If you dont have a connection to do it for cheap, you might as well just learn some basics yourself. Even a shit tier beginner enchantment like resist moisture done by a novice is way better than nothing at all, and the thousand gold for a proper waterbane is only moderately more optimized. Plus then you can put it on literally all your gear.
