No sleeping bags don't insulate in hammocks. The insulation under you gets compressed and you'll seriously get cold. You need at least a pad under your, better yet an underquilt.
You also need a tarp, and suspension to hang the hammock.
Something to start a fire unless you're a masterbushcrafterfag and want to rub sticks together.
