Take a look at the webbed feet. The more you know. Also, that circle behind the eyes is a dead giveaway.

Bumpy skin is not an indication of it being a toad.

To more helpfully elaborate. With a frog it is for predators and serves no purpose as a gland. With toads, as you can see in your picture there is a swollen gland behind the "eye".
