I just got a habanero plant from a farmer's market a couple weeks ago.

How long until it fruits? A year? Two? It's very young, but heathy.

yep they do. if you have warm conidions with good sunlight they will fruist in a couple of weeks

Grind them up in a food processor.
Add salt, water, yogurt. Ferment for a month or two.
Strain.
Dry the mash.


Liquid? Awesome hot sauce. Add toasted oak chips if you're fancy.

Dried mash? Grind it up, use it as the most fucking bad as chili powder on the planet.

Extra badass points: smoke the peppers before grinding them, then don't wash your hands after handling them. Then take a leak.
