A russula of some kind. Probably russula rosea. Probably not poisonous but not edible either.

Show us the stems and the underside. Could be a Russula pascua.
Alternatively, might be Blotched Woodwax (Hygrophorus erubescens).
Give us a country and region and it will be 10x easier.
