Plastics leech all kind of chems. Go stainless steel or titanium son.

Makes me laugh at how people get crazy about the idea of BPA leaching out of the plastic water bottle into their water when that water has probably only been in the bottle like an hour or a couple days at most.

Yet these same idiots will happily drink from aluminum soda cans that are lined with BPA (to prevent metallic taste) and sitting on store shelves for a year, or eating soup from aluminum cans that have BPA that have been sitting on the shelf for a year.

The BPA thing is entirely overblown anyways. Both the FDA and the European Food Safety Authority have both agreed that the levels of BPA that you would get exposed to are so small as to be insignificant. And even if you were exposed to high doses, it really only negatively affects infants, and that's only based on animal testing with super high doses that are not realistically possible just by using a water bottle.

At this point, people who are scared of BPA are just as scientifically ignorant as people who are scared of vaccines or think that "chemtrails" are real.
