Yeah nah. You can live as long as you fucking want without shelter. It will be uncomfortable, difficult, and dangerous, but doable at the least. As for food, you can go longer than 30 days. Between all the fat tissue on your body and all the yellow marrow in your bones, you can go for months without food.

The 3 hours is dying from exposure, not starvation. That's stuff like hypothermia or heat stroke. People die where I live every year due to heat stroke. 90F and 85% humidity is no joke when sweat isn't evaporating. The same goes for getting wet in cold or freezing temperatures.

I recently ran some Feminine products to Venezuela. Its real fucking bad there. its falling apart, because the government is pretty much a gang itself. we did it by freight, I was just a deckhand/supplies unloader. we snuck up into a dock late at night/ around 3AM. everything blacked out, no navigation lights, it was a half moon so things was kinda dark and the capt basically relied on GPS. we bumped into dock even. We got everything unloaded as fast as possible, our supplies was going to the nationalist there they promised that its going to the villages not the government or gangs. I was told they complained we didn't have enough supplies. but I don't know for sure because I don't speak Spanish myself. lucky enough for us, nobody saw us coming or going, so nothing followed us or tried to attack us. I wasn't allowed to leave the dock area due to safety reasons. I would love to go back armed to the teeth with a small group of like 100 people also armed. and wipe out all the asshole scumbags ruining that wonderful piece of land.
