Hey sc/out/s, how do I into deer hunting as a newbie? I've no hunting experience because my family are fairly anti-gun and you can't now hunt in Ireland but sod them, it's what I want to do, I just don't know how to do it

Go for your hunter safety/gun licence depending where you live.
Buy gun.
Find farmer/land owner and strike a deal with him. (pay you x amount of dollars or x amount of meat from animal killed)
Get some camo.
Find butcher who will butcher deer for you. Or /diy/ tho not recommended for first timer.
If /bait/ is aloud in your country go get some. Spread it around hunting area. (i usually throw some apples and cabbage )
Watch and wait.
If you have spare cash buy a tree cam. Check camera once a month and see whats been lurking around.
When time to hunt find yourself a nice little spot to sit. Blankets and pillows food and water.

Pretty much. Tho ive gotten a few nice 5 by 5s without bait.
I usually bait towards end of season if i haven't seen anything good.
Not gonna shoot bambi for lonly 20 lbs of meat.
