weta bites are harmless. I'm surprised your cat didn't kill the weta though

what's really funny is my aussie cousins one year who called 111 after one of them got bit by one a few years back
>>
>pet weta

Is this an American custom? Do more of you keep vermin as pets?

I'd like to know.
>>
>>744267
>Is this an American custom

they are endemic to new zealand
>>
Insert weta into cat's rectum.
>>
>>744389

Then insert the cat into your rectum

>Rectumception
>>
>>744361
>they are endemic to new zealand
>this somehow makes it less strange

You're missing the point m8
>>
Slap it
>>
>>744946
it is certainly strange, but highly unlikely to be an american custom since they don't have wetas in america
>>
>>745290

We Americans have a horrible habit of purchasing creatures from other environments as pets, especially if said creature is unusual.

I hope that Weta isn't an example of this, but at the same time I would not be surprised.

Bump
>>
>>744267
no. the only common vermin is little girls keeping guinea pigs and bunnies
>>743102
honestly, never understood why people wanted such uninteresting things like that. and lizards and rats . Anything that can't understand basic commands or hand motions sucks
