Just got these keens for work a week ago and they're getting dirty. How do I keep the leather on them looking good and in good condition?

Horsehair brush. Just buff them as you're putting them on and they'll look fine.
Damp rag if the dust is caked on there pretty good.

And I know this sounds weird to do with non-dress shoes, but you might consider getting some shoe trees for em'. Wood, not plastic. Absorbs moisture and helps them keep their shape.
Also makes them not smell so bad.

I honestly wouldn't, not with those. I put pic related on my Redwings, but they're all leather. You don't really want this stuff on nylon. Just keep it clean and they'll be fine.
