I have the Osprey Quasar that I use as a daypack and carry-on while traveling. The Comet was one of the packs I was considering.
Consider Eastpak, its 22.5l but straps handle most of shit.

Nah, its good for urban day use and i get pretty well with one night /out/'s, tent, pad and sleep bag not problem for carry but its not best for heavy hikes. Has a chest belt for a balance for these.
