I came back to my house the day after hurricane Ike and found a red wing dove amongst the downed trees.
I took him inside and put him in a box for a few hours. Once he dried out and rested he was fine.

Yeah, why not, but only if I was keeping it.
There's something very wrong about petting wild animals just to appease our feels.
