The thing is, the cordura is very hard and I broke 2 needles trying to do it, also the position of the front pouch is very awkardly placed so I don't know how to proceed.
Do I have to take this shit to a tailor ?
Someone tried and managed to do it ?

Go to craft store and buy upolstery needles, you should have some anyway.
