I haven't, no, but i heard it is good for that, and also for clearing coughs and sinuses.

I had asthma as a kid and one of the natural remedies they gave me was fresh goat milk, which is also good for general health and imunity. It was unprocessed milk in any way (unpasteurised also), and I remember it did help.
