You need to buy a large piece of wooded land and build in the center of it. For electricity you'll want min 350gal propane tank and with that you need a propane generator. Consider installing a thankless water heater to cut back on your electricity usage. No fridge! Cure all your meats/can your vegetables. install a wood burner stove for heat in the winter. Water? Hire a drilling company to drill you a well but honestly I'd just pay for a water hook up or gather your water from a local spring.
Have some kind of income coming in to keep up with the cost to maintain your cabin and necessities. You won't be such a neet living that kind of lifestyle because there's a lot of work involved when to comes to being self sustained. You're much better off getting on autism bucks and living out the rest of your neet years in a run down apartment

I genuinely hope you can make it work. I understand the need to avoid social situations. If you can work for any length of time to save money though, do it. If nothing else, you'll want to buy shoes and clothing. Synthetic materials are hard to find in nature. Your best bet is to buy a small trailer and live out of that, because the odds of just disappearing into the woods and not being found is pretty slim. If you look like you're just out camping, the worst they'll do is tell you you've been there too long and you need to move on. If you build a cabin on someone else's or gov land you face jail time, losing the cabin etc.

If you're hunting or fishing, not only will you still need to resupply which will cost money, but you'll need licenses as well, or risk getting arrested, and that'll be very close quarters with very undesirable people. You need to do something for money before you start this.

Society supports you, not the other way around. This is a concern because it is untenable.

So you have no experience living outdoors, you won't work a job to get cash together to buy some decent gear/supplies, you want to put in zero effort and just run off into the wilderness without preping and again with no experience. If your only choices are this or killing yourself, you might want to end it painlessly as dying out in the wilderness due to injury, exposure, starvation, dehydration or animal attack is no way to go. How the fuck do you want to feed yourself? You'd need to farm, hunt, and maintain your tools, dishes, etc. Where would you get new material from when your pan or pot breaks? How would you repair it? What about clothes?

Where are you from, op? Australia here. I feel the same way. I've paid with welfare/my parents money to do a course over the next 6 months. But I know I won't make friends there. I don't know if I'll even finish it. I just want to drive away and never come back. I really just want to go off the grid. I've wanted it for years. I can't live in society. I don't want to work in this system. I'm fine with working hard for myself though. I want to grow all of my food. But I have no money to start. So considering I can't do it with no money, I think I'll just go exploring nature eventually. But I'll never be able to save up much on welfare, maybe a few months food. And I don't even have the other gear I'd need to camp indefinitely. I'd have to resort to illegal activity to sustain myself because they'd cut my welfare if I wasn't around to full fill my obligations for it.

These are not arduous tasks for the most part, modern metelurgy and manufacturing have created tools that will outlast their owners with only mild maintenance. Also I don't get what you mean by dishes.
And clothes I really don't see how this is much of an issue. I've worn the same clothes for nearly a decade now with very little degradation, and they are mostly thin punjab shit. Even use outdoors wont see good quality cloth that much worse for the wear, and maintenance is usually just a needle and thread.
The only legitimate concerns you have raised are food concerns, and how well OP can live off of that really depends on the land and climate. Substance farming may be work, but it is by no means impossible for a healthy male. Of course if OP stocks up on various amenities before divorcing himself from society it will be that much easier.
