Depends on where. Douglas Fir are fucking everywhere in a lot of western OR, but around water sources especially diversity goes up. East of the Cascades you get mostly Ponderosa Pine instead of Douglas Fir.

I saw a write-up of a mountain biking trip to Georgia (the country) yesterday, and it blew me away. I've never been to any mountains, and these photos just made me want to go that much more. I obviously didn't take them, but I wanted to share them.

Another one in the woods in Brookfield, IL. Was tracking coyotes and chilling with deer, owls, woodpeckers, chickadees, etc for a few hours. Found a dead skunk and mapped the rough patrol path the coyotes take every day.
I wish I had some pics of the woods since it snowed last night. I will later. Going to rural Michigan. Brb.
