If you're hunting and not just camo-fagging, then the mountains of Montana Idaho and Washington are all pretty much the same. Darker greens work well. Most of the paintballers have better luck on treed arenas with marine camo than anything.
If you are camo-fagging, then I believe realtree with a very large blaze orange logo is what's in this fall.

M65 are pretty bad. Once you get nicer clothes you will barely wear it. They seem OK in the southern USA though since you don't need the liner and can just wear a t shirt with it for the majority of the year.
