After posting in the "mother of all patch threads" thread I decided to make my own version of the patch for ausfags /out/ there.
However all gumtree designs Ive come up wit,h are far too detailed for a patch, any ideas or can anyone help me out with the rest of this design?
Also what do you all think of my job on the kangaroo? not bad for an ms paint job.
Once the design is ready I'm going to get them made and sell them to any fellow ausfags who might be interested, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

Not an ausfag but I had an idea for changing the background trees to mount fuji and where the stars would be replaced with the rising sun pattern. Maybe for australia replace the treeline with ayers rock?

Im not a fan of the white lines along uluru, needs to be simpler but without the lines its hard to tell its uluru without someone telling you first.

gum tree would be too detailed mate, as much as I want it on there it would look shit in the end result, I suppose it would depend on what is used to make the patch, pvc and vinyl patches might work, I'll get back to you on this one.

Nah, you can get patches made woven. It doesn't need to be embroidered. This means that the patch can have far more detail.

I'm slightly dubious that all the other's are sweatshop low quality whilst the japanese one is actually decent. So I've changed my mind about buying one. I might just steal the design (like you did) and get one made myself.

I'm breaking even and I try to keep some stock for orders to mail them quicker. I have another job so this isn't my main income. That's how I could get this going by investing capital to get demos and digitization going on designs. All the money for this is in a separate account and I haven't taken anything for myself. The money you guys pay for patches makes it possible to make more and restock on old designs.

I drew an idea for the patch and then posted it to /gd/. A kind anon there made a better version of it to my request. I guess if I didn't state my idea in the first place we wouldn't have had the patch anyways.. I am just happy that something was created from nothing with the help of 4chan
