Lately i've been getting in to cars probably because i just got my license. Anyways what car do u guys suggest getting, i live in sweden and might turn it into a drifter. I dont really know much about cars but i want to learn. Im thinking that maybe a BMW e36 225 or a honda civic could be a good place to start what du u guys think?
My budget is about 2000$ but I'm ok with spending a bit more :)

Don't know about the swedish market but I guess 2k€ will get you nothing non-shitty. However as you want to learn it may be good to get a shitty car and learn basic maintenance etc. If your budget is that tight "tuning it into a drifter" is hilarious as you probably even have to save for new brake pads. Learn the mechanics, learn to drive, it won't be your last car.
An old civic should be quite simple, if it's like here in germany they are all modified in a shitty way (cheap exhaust, cheap springs), so they'll be cheap as fuck. A BMW will be a bit nicer and they won't be riced to hell and back.

I live right across your western border and cheap BMWs are highly likely to modified in a shitty way (shitty lowering job, chinkshit angel eye headlights etc) or completely trashed by their previous owner over here.

Maybe I'm just too inexperienced in the price range around 2k€. I think I saw lots of used BMWs getting sold by older people who owned them for a long time. But those were more expensive. Guess you're right and the really cheap ones were owned by some fucknuts trying to be like the other fucknuts.
OP said he wanted to learn. In case he wants to learn the mechanical side of cars maybe some shitty tuned car in the price range would be alright as long as it still runs. Wouldn't be a loss if he ruined it any further, chances are he improves it.

When i buy a used car how many 1000 km is acceptabel? Is it important?

Depends on the car and how well it's been maintained, really. Some have crippling problems at ~150k, others will run 500k without a hitch.
