Took my 99 M3. up the Mt Washington auto road today. Its an 11% grade over 8 miles. No guard rails and huge drops. Very fun drive. Lots of cars with over heating engines going up and brakes coming down. We had no trouble with either.
Well worth the trip.

Its a state park. You have to pay to drive it but well worth it.

One of the angle eyes has come unstuck from the lights but as I have had them on the car for 10 years I think they are doing fine.

You think so, but they aren't. They're actually a hazard to you and everyone else. It'd be in your best interest to replace them with OEM units, preferably new.

They are not a hazard to anyone. If that were then Audi and most new cars would also be a hazard as they now have copied this from the BMs of the 90's and on. I removed the OEM's because they were plastic not Glass like these.

And those are oem headlights, only with angel eyes fitted.

If Angle eye headlights are going to cause you to crash then you should not be driving.

Thanks. We are planing to drive it from here (Maine) to FL to see my inlaws next summer. Should be a fun trip.
