This guy is pretty spot on. Make sure whoever mixes your paint knows what the fuck they are doing or its gonna be a different color from the rest of car.

If you just want it to be "good enough", you could duplicolor it yourself for like $50-75 (depending on whether you have sandpaper in the correct grits).
If you want it done professionally, it's gonna be several hundred dollars. $300 at least, in my estimation.
