Looking for a subcompact to medium hybrid car as my new daily driver.
Want 2006 or newer
Leather interior
Comfortable seats.
I only drive about 20 miles a day but I'm done with my 13 mpg truck and figure it's time to get a 2nd car that I can drive more.
Budget is around 12k of dealership.

Because for your commute you would use almost zero gas.
It runs on electricity for around 35 miles then the gas engine comes on to charge the battery. If you had a charger at work it would use no gas except maintenance burn.

Do you live in a house? Are you going to have a place to plug it in? Remember that if you're buying used hybrid and batteries will give a shit, you're in trouble.
