I bought a 2007 Saab 9-3 convertible 2.0T for $4k. 130k miles.
This is the best possible used convertible for that amount of money. Prove me wrong.

mx-5 is a better used convertible, although the 9-3 is probably a better car that happens to be a convertible.
You can also find a halfway decent classic 900 for about 4k, which is better.
i'd still prefer my convertible mustang over this..
