Replace the inner and outer tie rods on both sides, if one side is borked the other side can't be far off, and you'll still need an alignment afterwards either way. Don't forget new boots too.
Make sure to measure the position of the outer tie rod on the threads so when you put the new ones on you get it close to where it needs to be.

and yeah doing alignment as well and need new tires. might just let the car sit for a minute and get coilovers, 5 lug swap, and suspension arms since i have a backup car. only needs the tie rods, tires and aignment to get back on the road though

looks like an S13/14 front suspension set up.
Replace both inners and outers, get an alignment and hopefully your car dosent drive like its borked.
usually other suspension components will get damaged at the same time though. What were you doing when your inner snapped?

Unless you had something like a pothole or buried rock clip the inside of the tire enough to overextend the inner rod, that wasn't caused by any road you were driving on. More likely that it had a hairline crack from previous damage or it was just rusted to the point it became brittle. Replace both sides to be safe.
