Once you get past the inevitable 100k~120k alternator, radiator failure and vacuum leak, they're fine
150k on mine.. it's an okay car
the 3.0 is not fast though.
The 3.5 burns some oil
the 3.0 leaks a tiny bit right where the trans connects to the motor
so minor its not worth fixing.
Also she drinks coolant if you thrash it

Had an 03 to ~250k, but by that point many a pony had run astray (to the point that it was slower than my 99 with 150k). Burned oil, too. Might have been fixable with some work but at that point the frame was rusted out around the engine mounts (northeast winters and salt) so it wasn't worth it.
Pretty sure the 3.0 will last longer than anything else on the car around it.
