hey /o/.
I have a 88 foxbody and a mopar big block 440 w/ trans. does anyone know where I can find engine mounts to bolt the 440 into my mustang?
>>15370264
I don't think any exist. Go wait in the thread you post on stangnet.com if you want serious answers, /o/ won't give you any.
If you want an easier swap, I'd sell the 440 and get a BBF 460 instead - although the trans will probably be a bit weaker, motor mounts and other swap stuff will be a lot easier.
Sell your heap of an engine and get the v6 ecoboost.

Heap of torque
>>15370337
Flat torque with no top end.
>>15370264
you make them yourself you faggot
This would be cool. Building a 89 currently, any pictures.
>>15370264
dunno man, Mopar in a Ford seems like sacrilege to me and many others so you'd probably have to fabricate your own mounts.
>>15370417
Ya I agree, I'm planning on putting a coyote in mine, but shit if you had it sitting around why not.
>>15370426
>Ford body, Hemi crate motor, Muncie 4-speed
fuck
>>15370426
Coyotes are heavy and wide though, might as well use a Ford bigblock instead.

>Ford Body and rear axle
>GM TH400 trans
>Aluminium twinturbo Hemi
HNNNNNNNGGGG

noice get m8
also
>tfw no cammer swapped toploader 72 Mustang.
>>15370454
It's only about 60 pound difference from a the old 5.0. It looks so good though
>>15370478
>all that useless bullshit electronics
>looks good
>>15370382
>having 100% of available torque at all times through the powerband is a bad thing
Found the retard

>tfw no aluminium Cammer swapped 1970 Mustang notchback
I know your feelios, bro.
>>15370478
I'd still prefer a built 302 with a nitrous plate on it - or some wierd turbo setup.
>>15370502
Yes and so it's unpredictable and unusable. Found the retard.
>>15370502
>>15370519
going off those statements you're both retards
>>15370524
this, naturally aspirated V8 is pure and nubile.
>>15370264
your local metal yard
>>15370528
you're mum's pure and nubile too m8
>>15370264
moroso makes solid metal mounts, should be easy to weld to
>>15370264
Du it.
>>15370502
The 3.5L EcoBoost V6 makes 90% of its torque at under 2000 rpm and 100% at 2500 rpm. Get your facts right.
>>15370519
That's the single most idiotic statement I've seen on /o/ this year.
