to be honest i dont know, never driven one so i cant really comment.
in saying that the Vortex caught my eye in the mid 90's and i really fancied building one, still get the urge now and then.
at recent prices i reckon on it being a sub £3k build($5k in Ameridollars or probably far less since our stock markey crashed)
