My FB Rx7 had a sunroof. If I wanted it open more than 2-3 inches up at the back i'd have to disconnect it completely and put it in the vinyl cover/sack in the trunk. The airflow was nice though

I love my sunroof, I don't want to own a car without one. It lets in natural light if I want it, good airflow, and that's pretty much it. Totally worth it IMO. I assume those of you that don't like them live in really cold states or something, but I still enjoyed my sunroof back in Hungary, and its cold as shit there.
