Only gains are found in a header + tune. Anything else without going FI is a waste of money. Of course, a cat back sounds good, but will only net like 1 hp or so.

Objectively the best option for an NA 86. An EL header might net an extra HP or two at redline, but the uel will have a much stronger mid range. The top end power difference is only significant when FI.
