Basically. Porsche was the only one uncompetitive in the GT class therefore receiving no changes to their car. Corvette was arguably the most competitive car (was catching up during the race) but ultimately was hampered by the shit BoP changes in the class this year and lolgmoversteers
Porsche and Aston are coming back next year with new cars. Corvette is probably gonna stay the same. Hopefully we'll see a better race next year and Porsche winning again because Toyota has meme reliability

I think both were hit equally. They got a 55lb increase with slightly larger tank whereas ford was hit with different boost at 4000-7000 but kept its max boost psi at 7100 and 11 pound increase (they were the lightest car in the class)
Ferrari and Ford were together the entire race where as the non turbo cars fell back.
